Grilled Turkey Leg
What You Need...
Rub Seasoning (Made from Brown Sugar, pinch cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder sage)
Basting Sauce ( Made from No Salt Ketchup with Brown Sugar, garlic powber, cayenne pepper and a sprinkle of red wine vinegar).
Rub the rubbing mixture well into the turkey leg getting as much under the skin and in spaces as possible. Let sit for about 15 - 20 minutes. Grill turkey leg on grill or bake in oven (400º for one hour) until done inside. Bast turkey leg with basting sauce on ech side last 20 minutes of cooking.
