Low Sodium Buttermilk Pancake

What You Need

1 egg
3/4 cup bread flour (zero sodium)
1/4 cup light buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon sugar or 1/2 packet Splenda
1/4c Water
1t - Sodium Free Baking powder
Enough ENDOVA or Spray oil to coat your pan for cooking
1/8t - Nu-Salt (Zero Sodium)

Instructions
Mix all your ingredients together. Do not over mix byt a slightly lumpy texture is perfect. Pre-Spray Pre-Heat your pan and pour the desired amount into the pan. I like a large pancake but this mixture can yield up to 4 normal size pancakes. Cook over medium heat until the mixture begins to bubble and the edges are starting to become golden. Flip pancake and cook for about one minute on the other side!

Yield: up to 4 pancakes
